My career demands creativity, innovation, technical expertise, communication, relationships and ideas. I’m constantly asking questions in order to establish goals and evaluate available resources. I devise and deploy strategies to reach those goals with an optimum return on investment. I also enjoy creating acrylic paintings on canvas.
Throughout my career I have acquired the management and creative skills required to get the job done. I possess the ambition to keep those skills sharp, along with the drive to acquire new skills as needed to keep getting the job done in the future, and to do it even better.
I’ve been an artist and a fan of technology my whole life. With over fifteen years of experience in the media, advertising and entertainment industries and more than five years working as a creative director; I’m confident that I have the experience required to find creative solutions to everyday business problems.
Skills and experience are without a doubt important qualities in any worker, but what about their passions and interests? If skills and experience are part of the recipe for making a cake then interests make up the quality of that cake’s ingredients:
“The highest possible stage in moral culture is when we recognise that we ought to control our thoughts.” — Charles Darwin
I constantly work diligently and loyally to find solutions for my employers and clients, utilising media and strategy, proactively directing my team, creating high-end graphics, and providing creative input.
“We are like butterflies who flutter for a day and think it is forever.” — Carl Sagan
There are so many incredible and interesting things in this world. More things than is possible to know in a single lifetime. Thanks to the power of the internet there is now no excuse not to learn something new every day. Along with CS50’s Introduction to Computer Science, I am also actively pursuing these certifications:
Ethics & Philosophical Naturalism are the basis of my morality and decision making. I’m friendly, good-natured and love a good laugh. I embrace human reason, I’m a serious person and a survivor. My personal creed I live by is: “You can prepare, but you cannot control. So always be prepared.”

I believe in the wisdom of those who have come before me. I believe in people; and as a person, I believe in myself. I make things not for abstractions, but for these people. Real people, everyday people, I make things to make their lives better, to enrich their experiences.
